In order to obtain the biggest economic benefits, large shipping firms widely use hub-and-spoke network operate ships. The reasonable not only decreases cost of infrastructure construction achieve scale economies, but also be efficient allocate existing resources maritime business. Shipping usually are in pursuit large-scale container ship, leading some blindly upgrade vessels and cause loss profit. Since operating costs transportation time is major problem for get more profit, this study, we research relationship route design, fleet planning freight build objective function view minimization cost. This study proposes mixed integer linear programming model liner ship choose appropriate location distribution, applies Lagrange Heuristic Algorithm solve model. simulation results verify validity algorithm, showing that when invest it gets lower rate, by contrast, small have advantages. But cope with changes market demand, operations firms, owning still necessary. Our two-phase considers problems comprehensively complete design planning. can high quality solutions a relatively short time, provides reference significance solving related future.
